Made using a process known as "orotype" because of its use of gold. Pure palladium is coating on Gampi (washI) paper to make the print. Then gold leaf is applied to the back of the print. The transparent washi allows light to penetrate the paper and reflect off the gold leaf, creating a unique and beautiful luminescence.

Handmade platinum/palladium print. Each print is individually made on translucent fine art Japanese gampi (washi) paper. No two prints are exactly alike. Signed on the print.
